These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BAM Basements & Masons website located at www.bambasements.com ("Site") and any services provided by BAM Basements & Masons LLC ("BAM," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 5327 NW 2nd St, Des Moines, Iowa 50313. By using this Site or requesting a service estimate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Estimates and Agreements

Free estimates provided by BAM Basements & Masons are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A separate written service agreement, signed by both parties, is required before any work commences. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the estimate.

4. Warranty

BAM Basements & Masons offers a lifetime transferable warranty on qualifying waterproofing and foundation repair work. Warranty terms are specified in the written service agreement provided at the time of project completion. The warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners and is subject to the following conditions:

• Annual maintenance inspections as recommended by BAM
• No unauthorized modifications to the installed system
• Prompt notification of any warranty claim within 30 days of discovering the issue

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by acts of God, flooding from external sources beyond the scope of the installed system, or structural changes made by third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and video — is the property of BAM Basements & Masons LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
